Hahaha, one of the most strange legal toon nudes hehe... I mean, what was the idea of showing the Thundercats all naked if in one minute they have new clothes?
Anyway, my favourite thundercat is WiliKit, of course.
Maybe this was just normal in the Thundercat society. I have three cats, and none of them wear clothes. *shrug*
Yeah, I know they wear clothes for the rest of the series, but maybe that's because they don't feel as comfortable on Third Earth...or something. Also, IIRC, Jaga is clothed the first time we see him, so it could be that clothes are a mark of rank, or something only warriors wear.
Idunno, I'm overthinking this. 80's cartoons were really illogical most of the time.
as Jaga explained in the very first part of the opening in these scenes "On Thundara you had no need for clothes or special weaponry" meaning that Thundara was a place where everyone went around without clothing on the planet and only those who had to go fight had to wear them. also as cats sex would not be about pleasure but would be about procreation only as even on the cartoon they hinted that for wilikit and cheetara the only time they would want sex is when they were in mating cycle (heat)

she is one sexy cartoon cat chick
ReplyDeleteyeah and what was the point of doing that. if they didnt even give them nipples or them noticing to be nude....
ReplyDeleteWondering if Cheetara and young Lion-O did a little 'straight shota' in that bedroom cabin. I mean why would she walk in there and not cover up. XD
